Shift Details : Mon-Fri | 10:30AM- 7:30PM | Work From Office

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic, product and growth-oriented professional to lead our multiple projects.

As Assistant Manager – Growth, you will own the end-to-end GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building high-impact, scalable operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy:

Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.

Get your hands dirty to drive real impact.

Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.

Webinars & Events for Growth Enablement:

Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to align events/webinars with GTM goals.

Leverage event insights and feedback to refine outreach, messaging, and future campaigns.

Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions:

Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.

Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.

Requirements

~2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.

~ Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

~ Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.

~ Experience in planning and executing webinars/events will be an added advantage.

~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

~ High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
