Role:


JoVE is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. This role will coordinate with JoVE’s events, webinars, editorial, social media, and email marketing teams to ensure the execution of impactful campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the creative direction and overall strategy for JoVE’s campaigns, focusing on audience insights from academia.
  • Organize campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistent follow-through and delivery across all channels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of JoVE’s brand voice, ensuring it’s applied consistently across all campaign content.
  • Work with tools such as HubSpot to manage tasks, track campaign performance, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Perform quality control to maintain high standards for all deliverables.


Requirements:


  • A Master’s or PhD in a STEM field (preferably Life Sciences).
  • 5+ years in marketing, with experience managing campaigns and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with and guide multiple teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools to effectively track and organize workflows. Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • A passion for science and the ability to understand the needs of diverse academic personas (students, researchers, educators, and librarians).
