Job Title: Head of Strategy Location: Hyderabad – Ridhira Group Corporate Office Industry Experience Requirement: Only candidates from Infrastructure (Infra) background Mandatory – Experience only from Infrastructure / Infra Industry The Group is expanding through large-scale infrastructure-based projects such as wellness townships, resorts, villas, and integrated lifestyle developments. The Head of Strategy will drive long-term growth strategy, business planning, and expansion vision of the Group. The Head of Strategy will act as a strategic advisor to the Founder/Managing Director, responsible for designing and executing corporate growth strategies across business units. The role requires deep experience in the infrastructure sector, including planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling, project strategy, government relations, and expansion execution. Strategic Planning & Growth Define and drive the Group's 5-year and 10-year business vision aligned with organizational expansion. Conduct market opportunity analysis for large-scale infra-led developments (wellness townships, retreats, lifestyle estates, residential villas, commercial properties etc.). Create business strategies for new verticals, acquisitions, diversification, and joint ventures. Business Transformation & Execution Build and monitor strategic roadmaps for each business unit. Translate strategic plans into execution workflows and performance KPIs for all teams. Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with infra project delivery. Commercial & Financial Strategy Develop project feasibility reports, financial projections, and investment models. Support project funding strategies—banks, private investors, PE partners. Work closely with Finance teams on budgeting, profitability, and risk mitigation. Work with Projects, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and HR for alignment of business priorities. Lead a team of business analysts, strategy executives and PMO resources. Collaborate with urban planners, architects, infra consultants, EPC partners, contractors, government agencies and tourism/wellness authorities. Mandatory – Experience only from Infrastructure / Infra Industry Preferably from: real estate developers, EPC companies, large-scale infra companies, township & gated community developers, smart cities, tourism infra, or wellness infra projects. Qualifications & Experience ~12+ years of strategic and business planning experience, including min. MBA / PGDM in Strategy / Finance OR equivalent qualification. ~ Strong understanding of project life cycle, project costing, compliance, approvals, commercial negotiations and risk management. ~ Proven experience in scaling infra-driven business models. Strong financial & commercial acumen Analytical & data-driven decision-making
