Service Now Engineer/Developer Full time-- Creospan Hybrid Positions Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ITSM and CSM, with a proven track record of customizing and optimizing ServiceNow to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules. Utilize JavaScript to create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions for seamless user experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Develop and configure workflows, forms, and business logic using Agile methodologies. Perform integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services. Manage data through tables, import sets, and update sets, ensuring data integrity and security. Create and modify reports and dashboards for better visibility into service performance. Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing applications and processes. Document technical processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with HTML, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset, and more. Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SD-WAN, Load Balancing, and Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP). Experience in configuring mail notifications, scheduled jobs, and UI customizations. Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
