Job Location: Pune

Job Description:Must-Have:

~5 plus year Service Now Certified. Candidate should have good Admin / Configuration / Development knowledge of :-Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB , Service Requests and SLMContent Management: - developing ESS page.UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.Writing various Server side scripts using business rules , Script Includes.Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.Used ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in Service NowDomain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domainsExperience with Web technologies/AJAXDeveloping Composite Service Requests within Service catalog ModuleExperience in Integration using MID ServerExposure To SOAP and REST API of service Now.Configuring complex reportsUnderstanding and debugging of system logs.Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data managementExposure to SNOW Integration with Monitoring SolutionsKnowledge of Dell Boomi ESB would be and add on.Having ITILv3 / ITIL4 foundation certification & knowledge is added advantageWorking on Domain separated environments & visibility concepts is added advantage.Excellent communicate skillsExperience working with Client, proactive approach, confidentsServes as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
