Responsibilities: Need strong experience in IT Recruitment working on Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting. Creating pipelines for the requirements, maintain good relations with candidates. Must have experience in Applicant Tracking Systems. Effective communication abilities. Qualifications: Must have Bachelors degree. Required Skills: 3-5 Years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. Experience with Job Portals and social networking sites.
