Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer

Office 365 Administrator console experience - Minimum 4 to 5 years experience
Exam AZ-104
EXAM- AZ-900 certificate
Azure Active Directory
Windows server
MCSE certificate 2019 and above
Desktop Support experience: Minimum of 7 years
Work from Home
Shift: Available during UK hours and must be flexible working any hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) Monday to Friday and on-call on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

On-call and rota hours (day, night shifts, and weekend cover)
12+ years of experience in L1, L2, and L3 desktop support or IT support
Office 365 Admin portal experience of 4 to 5 years
Exam certifications AZ-104 and AZ-900
Experience in a helpdesk environment or IT solutions
MCSE certification: 2019 or above
Subject matter expertise in Azure, Office 365 administration, Intune, Power Shell, and Microsoft Defender endpoint security
Degree qualified
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and think outside the box to resolve issues
Proficient in spoken and written English
Available during UK hours and flexible to work any hour (1:00 am to 9:30 am)
Own a laptop and a reliable internet connection
Ability to invoice for work monthly and receive payment via bank transfer
The day-to-day duties will include telephone, email and remote support. You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT and it will be advantageous if you have worked for an IT solution company in the past.
Provide telephone, email, and remote support
Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT; experience in an IT solutions company is advantageous
Provide professional and efficient 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support while maintaining a high degree of customer service
Take ownership of user problems, perform technical diagnoses, and resolve issues either remotely or on-site
Work in a helpdesk environment
Support Windows 7, 10, and 11
Troubleshoot Office 365 issues
Support Microsoft Azure
Provide desktop support, installation, and maintenance
Network troubleshooting (firewall, router, and switch knowledge and experience)
Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2022
Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, and general troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of MS Exchange
Support and install MS Office, antivirus, and other applications
Hands-on experience with user administration and management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
Willingness to work on desktop issues in a domain environment
Provide Office 365 services and support
General networking and troubleshooting skills
Document calls in the call logging system
Attention to detail
On-call availability
The ideal candidate should be technically competent, motivated and capable of communicating with clients in plain English both verbal and written as well as technically. We will provide you with a hosted telephone.
