Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Social Initiative at Emoneeds in Gurugram. The role involves leading social initiatives that support mental and emotional well-being, developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of social programs to improve quality of life for individuals.
Qualifications
Social Work, Community Engagement, and Public Health skills
Project Management and Program Development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of mental health initiatives and awareness campaigns
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or related field
Experience in leading social or community-focused initiatives
