As the Head of Partnerships & New Initiatives, you will lead efforts to build lucrative partnerships and establish strategic university relations. You’ll drive innovation by launching new initiatives that enhance Tetr's offerings and expand its reach. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure these collaborations contribute to admissions growth, revenue targets, and long-term institutional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage high-impact partnerships with key institutions, schools, and agents to drive revenue and boost admissions.
  • University Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions, positioning Tetr as a global leader in education.
  • Innovative Initiatives: Identify and launch new initiatives that align with Tetr’s goals, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Collaborative Growth: Partner with internal teams (marketing, admissions, sales) to ensure all partnerships support overall business strategy and growth targets.
  • Global Expansion: Explore and establish partnerships in new regions and untapped markets to enhance Tetr’s global presence.
  • Long-Term Alliances: Cultivate sustainable alliances with industry leaders and educational organizations, creating mutual value and enhancing Tetr’s reputation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ivy League MBA, ex-founder, or 4+ years at MBB/LEK/Kearney or leadership experience at successful startups, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic execution
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi-location operations, preferably in a high-growth or educational environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels

The Tetr Story:

Four years ago, we founded Masters’ Union with a bold vision: to revolutionize business education.
