About The Role:We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who will take ownership of end-to-end web application development, collaborate with the team, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong expertise in full-stack JavaScript technologies, architecture design, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis, along with exposure to emerging trends such as AI integration in web development.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless functionality.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Well versed with AI, Enterprise Application, Microservices Architecture.Nice to Have:Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
