About The Role:We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who will take ownership of end-to-end web application development, collaborate with the team, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong expertise in full-stack JavaScript technologies, architecture design, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis, along with exposure to emerging trends such as AI integration in web development.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless functionality.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Well versed with AI, Enterprise Application, Microservices Architecture.Nice to Have:Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
