Install gear drives, bearings, conveyors, and high-temp/high-pressure seals. Troubleshoot sensors, bearings, and ASME-standard pipe systems with preventive maintenance. Support commissioning, retrofits, and manage critical spares with detailed logs. Utilize strong Khopoli–Taloja network for sourcing parts and coordinating services. Ensure safety compliance, root cause analysis, and structured process discipline. Welding, CAD design, PLC/HMI basics, and local sourcing expertise.
