TheWorli store has been relaunched to deliver a high touch luxury experience, and the brand isrolling out its online store.Job ProfileWe are seeking a sharp, well spoken Outreach and Sales Associate who will turn qualified leadsfrom social media and ads into store walk ins and closed sales. You will be the first voice aprospect hears, the guide who understands their needs, and the concierge who books them intothe most convenient Pattani store for a consult and fitting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Outreach and Conversion● Call and WhatsApp new leads from ad form submissions within agreed service levels● Qualify needs, recommend frames or categories, and secure a store visit at Worli or thenearest Pattani location● Maintain a high appointment set to show up to conversion ratio with daily follow ups andno show recoveryClient Consult and Handoff● Prepare each customer for an in store experience by sharing what to expect anddocuments to carry● Coordinate with store teams for smooth handover and track outcomes after visitsCRM and Reporting● Log every touchpoint, stage, and outcome in the lead sheet or CRM● Publish daily and weekly reports on lead volumes, appointments, show rates, and salesconversionsProduct Knowledge and Brand Experience● Learn Pattani’s brand roster, materials, fits, and lens options that matter to luxury buyers● Use brand stories to elevate conversations and justify valueQualifications● Excellent spoken English with confident vocabulary and clear tonality● Comfortable in Hindi● One to three years in outreach, inside sales, telesales, or customer success preferred● Strong phone etiquette, WhatsApp writing, and objection handling● Organized with discipline on follow ups, pipeline hygiene, and reporting● Comfortable working from the Worli flagship storePerks and Benefits● Direct training from the managing directors and senior sellers with decades of realbusiness and sales experience● Daily exposure to high intent customers and premium products● Base salary plus performance linked incentives on qualified walk ins and sales● Fast growth pathway into senior outreach, relationship management, or store sales● Certificate of completion and experience letterIndustry: Luxury Retail EyewearEmployment Type: Full time
