We are proud to have trained and certified over 380,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide About the position: The position of Academic Compliance Specialist is a highly responsible position that ensures the IHL’s adherence to the set educational standards. Job responsibilities are, but not limited to- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with the professional staff and faculty to collate necessary documentation from all stakeholders and departments of the University. Preparing reports for the auditing of regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies such as DEAC, etc. Liaise with the University President, Chief Academic Officer, Dean, department heads, HR, Student Affairs services, to provide individual inputs for the better functioning of & to improve the ranking of the University & ensure welfare needs of students & staff are met. Collection and analysis of data reports for institutional effectiveness tasks and annual reporting. Monitor and prepare minutes of faculty and staff meetings. Evaluate to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of academic programs and progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined objectives. Collating data and documentation for internal and external reporting. Creating appropriate operational frameworks for policy, procedure, and operational training related to academic standards and institutional compliance. Assist in accreditations, rankings, &/visits of any agencies for academic inspection and/or audits. Preparing all institutional documents related to faculty and students including the Student Handbook, the Faculty Handbook, and the institutional catalog and website. Required skills, experience, and qualifications- MBA / postgraduate or equivalent Relevant experience of 3 -5 years in University Accreditation or Academic Compliance role or working knowledge of or certified in ISO 21001:2018 Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize, organize & collaborate with team members. Analytical thinking, process & solution-oriented approach to fulfil responsibilities assigned. Proficiency in preparing Power Point presentations & spreadsheets.
