About Us At Loopworm , we are building a breakthrough recombinant protein production platform using insects as mini bio-factories. We are now entering the high-potential markets of manufacturing and supplying recombinant proteins for biotech lab research, diagnostic & assay kits, and proteins required to support Drug development work , and are looking for a passionate professional to lead commercial growth at this early stage.

This is a unique role that blends Business Development and Marketing in one. You will be the face of our recombinant protein portfolio, helping researchers, diagnostics companies, and biotech startups access high-quality, affordable proteins. From small-pack reagents to custom constructs, you will drive both fast wins and long-term recurring contracts.

Identify, approach, & convert customers in Research Labs, Diagnostics, and Biotech R&D .
Drive academic reagent sales (small packs) with incubators, and research institutes.
Create and execute marketing campaigns : scientific content, digital outreach, conferences/webinars.
Maintain pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
Act as the bridge between customers and our R&D team for feedback-driven innovation.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in life sciences BD/marketing (reagents, CRO/CDMO, diagnostics, life-science tools).
Bachelor's in Biotech, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Strong scientific understanding & the ability to engage researchers, and biotech founders.
Hands-on with sales/marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software or equivalents.
