About Catering CollectiveCatering Collective is one of India’s leading food and beverage businesses, delivering exceptional catering and hospitality experiences through renowned brands like Blue Sea Catering, Pavitra, Copper Catering, and Life Co, and managing iconic venues such as Blue Sea (Mumbai) and Araya Bagh (New Delhi).From bespoke weddings and luxury celebrations to large-scale corporate events and institutional catering, we blend culinary innovation, hospitality excellence, and operational expertise to create unforgettable experiences.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance marketing, lead generation, and digital visibility across our portfolio.This is a high-impact role ideal for a performance marketer who combines creative thinking with analytical rigor — someone who can turn insights into measurable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Meta, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for weddings, social catering, and venue bookings.- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI.- Develop A/B testing strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth- Map and optimize the customer journey across awareness, inquiry, and conversion stages.- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and close feedback loops.- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost conversions.Website, SEO & Product Experience- Lead SEO, UX, and CRO initiatives to enhance digital performance and lead flow.- Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize website content, design, and CTAs.- Build dashboards and analytics reports to track funnel performance and insights.Partnerships & Digital Visibility- Manage relationships with event aggregator platforms and digital marketplaces.- Identify new digital channels and technologies to expand lead-generation opportunities.LinkedIn & Content Strategy- Own the content calendar and page management for Catering Collective’s LinkedIn presence.- Create engaging brand storytelling, thought-leadership, and event showcase content.- Drive B2B awareness and engagement through strategic LinkedIn campaigns.Analytics & Reporting- Define and monitor KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, funnel velocity).- Build performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.What We’re Looking For- 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or demand generation.- Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.- Experience in the hospitality, events, or lifestyle industry preferred.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
