Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our performance marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset, strong reporting skills, and a knack for identifying creatives that resonate with target audiences. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a high Ro AS, contributing to TIGC’s aggressive growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Strategy:
·        Plan and execute the complete performance marketing strategy for Google and Meta platforms.
·        Create comprehensive media plans with precise budget allocations to achieve revenue targets and maintain business Ro AS goals.
2. Ad Campaign Management:
·        Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
·        Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
3. Budget Management:
·        Allocate and manage ad spend effectively to maximize ROI.
4. Creative Insights:
·        Collaborate with the creative team to identify and recommend ad creatives that align with funnel metrics and resonate with the target audience.
·        Stay updated on creative trends and consumer behavior for impactful ad content.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
·        Leverage data analytics tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
·        Develop actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
·        Provide detailed reports on KPIs, including Ro AS, CPS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
6. Google Analytics Expertise:
·        Use Google Analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.
·        Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data.
Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and Ro AS targets.
Platforms: Strong expertise in running ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Data Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Creative Mindset: A knack for understanding what creatives work best for different ad funnels and audience segments.
Google Analytics: Solid understanding of GA for tracking and analyzing customer journeys.
Soft Skills: High ownership, a goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills
●Experience with additional advertising platforms.
●Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
●Familiarity with D2 C or fashion brands.
