Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore - Onsite Job type- Fulltime


Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Performance Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on driving growth through a deep understanding of media platforms and effective community-building strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in audience segmentation, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of optimizing marketing performance across various channels.


Key Responsibilities:


- Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and overall growth across multiple digital channels.

- Media Platform Expertise: Leverage a thorough understanding of digital media platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others) to identify opportunities for maximizing reach and engagement.

- Audience Cohort Analysis: Analyze and segment target audiences to tailor marketing initiatives that resonate with specific demographics and psychographics, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.

- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies for building and nurturing online communities, fostering brand loyalty, and encouraging user-generated content.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget management.

- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to monitor and report on campaign performance, deriving insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to develop compelling marketing messages and ensure consistency across all channels.

- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and community engagement to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of media platforms and tools, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Social media is a Plus.

- Demonstrated experience in audience segmentation and community-building strategies. - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
