Experience Co. is an experiential travel brand that curates & produces some of India’s most happening travel IPs—from creative residencies to festivals & adventures for artists, creators, founders, leaders, and misfits.

Experience Co. projects are built around three pillars: designing and running travel experiences across 20+ countries; nurturing a community of over 5000+ handpicked individuals who have been part of our journeys; and driving life-altering collisions & epiphanies through our experiences & communities.

ExCo is a bootstrapped, profitable company backed by a team with over 100+ years of cumulative experience in running, creating & producing experiential events across the world—from Iceland to Japan and everything in between.

Our app, which is launching in 4 weeks, aims to consolidate the experiential travel market from Berlin to Bangalore, and create an ecosystem for premium experience creators to co-produce experiences with us. Experience Co. will be the new address for consuming real, life-altering experiences across the world.

What you'll do?

TL;DR: At Experience Co., we are curating global experiences for a community of outstanding creators, founders, achievers and rebels, and your role at ExCo will be to tell that story to the world. You will shape and amplify ExCo's brand identity by developing and executing innovative video content that engages our audience, increases awareness and drives growth.

The longer version

As a Content & Creative Strategist at Experience Co., you’ll be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, and misfits.

On a day-to-day basis, your role will expect you to strategise content calendar, onboarding content creators across the world, and become the content funnel for the social team, performance ads team, email team & the business team. 

You will have the freedom to take projects from brief to production to edits and finally to distribution for Experience Co.

This role demands both creative vision and strategic thinking to enhance our brand's image and reputation in the market. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, experiment with new content formats, and ensure all content aligns with ExCo's core ethos, values, and offers. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Scripting, Briefs, Production & Distribution

  • Be a creative & content strategist for producing gorgeous content for social, ads, emails & whatsapp
  • Work with the in-house team to create written and video content across diverse projects of Experience Co.
  • Work with the performance marketing & social teams to contribute to marketing & branding strategy
  • Work with editors to produce high quality videos that can feed into our distribution channels

Brand Identity and Positioning:

  • Develop and maintain ExCo's brand image, voice, and messaging to ensure it resonates with the target audience.
  • Focus on long-term growth by enhancing the brand's value and reputation in the market.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Be data driven in decision making & budgeting for content projects

Editorial Calendar Design:

  • Design the monthly editorial calendar with detailed briefs and references to guide content creation.

Content Creator Onboarding:

  • Identify and onboard new content creators by scouting talent, onboarding , and lead the onground production of the content with local content creators across the world.
  • See through content production from brief to distribution.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase call requests and conversions.
  • Conduct experiments such as destination decks and affiliate marketing photobooks.

Email Marketing Oversight:

  • Oversee email marketing, including crafting compelling subject lines and segmenting audiences for targeted communication.

Content Format Experimentation:

  • Experiment with new content formats like reels, vibe films, and text animations to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Script content for vibe films and voice-over projects to enhance storytelling.

Brand Alignment:

  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's core ethos, values, and offers, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

Advertising Content Management:

  • Create and manage advertising content for different stages of the sales funnel (Top, Middle, Bottom) to effectively nurture leads.
