Role : Senior Backend EngineerExperience: 2 to 5 YearsLocation: BengaluruWork Mode: Work from OfficeEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentSkills Required:- Deep expertise in backend architecture using Python (Fast API, Django), Node.js (Nest JS, Express), or Go Lang.- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS, GCP, Azure, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).- Mastery in CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops workflows, and deployment automation (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux).- Experience building high-performance distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures.- Understanding of event-driven systems, message queues, and streaming platforms (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis Streams).- Familiarity with database design and scaling - Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, Timescale DB.- Deep understanding of system observability, tracing, and performance tuning (Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry).- Familiarity with AI integration stacks - deploying and scaling LLMs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and inference APIs (v LLM, Ollama, Tensor RT).- Awareness of Dev Sec Ops practices, zero-trust architecture, and cloud cost optimization.- Bonus: Hands-on with Rust, Web Assembly, or edge computing platforms (Fly.io, Cloudflare Workers, AWS Greengrass).Who We Are Looking For:We work across robotics, biotech, AI, and creative tech, with products running on precision-engineered software.
