Planning and Coordination of Production Processes Roles & Responsibilities Within 24h of receiving tech pack Give brief (in style run through meet) to Technician, Sampling coordinator, Fabric Merchant, Trim Manager Raise alert to customer WITHIN 3 days (of receiving tech pack) in case there's challenge with production feasibility, timelines feasibility, cost Through the PD Process  Create PD TNA and maintain timelines  Share weekly PD updates to customers  Maintain Weekly plans for Pattern, Proto, SMS maintained with Technicians, Sampling coord Holding a Product Integrity Meeting: with Quality, Technician, PPC and FM. Where products are analyzed to align on call-outs on timelines, production feasibility, quality and cost. Maintain Weekly product integrity plan tech, QA, PPC, FM, Trim Manager Raise timely alerts a week ahead in case of timeline changes, production challenges, Sharing pictures and taking approvals of proto before its dispatched  Updating courier slides , sending AWBS Invoicing if protos are paid, and notifying accounts team once payments are brought in Ensure customer gives proto
