Job Title: Senior Executive - Corporate Business
Location: Metro Hospital, Preet Vihar & Shadipur, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Executive to lead our corporate business initiatives. The candidate will focus on building and nurturing relationships with corporates, facilitating health-related agreements, and organizing health activities for employees. Prior experience in corporate business development in the healthcare sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Engagement:
Identify potential corporate clients and initiate contact with the relevant authorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates.
Agreement and Partnership Management:
Negotiate and finalize discount agreements with corporate clients to promote healthcare services.
Facilitate tie-ups for pre-employment health checks and employee preventive health check-ups.
On-site Corporate Activities:
Plan and execute health camps, wellness talks, and preventive health programs at corporate premises.
Coordinate logistics and resources to ensure smooth execution of corporate activities.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through corporate partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit reports on corporate activities, agreements, and outcomes.
Analyze the ROI of corporate engagement initiatives and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate health programs or related services.
Familiarity with corporate networks and health industry trends in the region.
