We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Accounts to lead our accounts function in the renewable energy sector . The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large-scale accounts, taxation, and financial planning, with prior exposure to infrastructure businesses and handling books of companies with a turnover exceeding 1000 Cr .

Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.
Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements, MIS, and consolidated reports.
Manage direct and indirect taxation , including compliance, assessments, and strategic tax planning.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure statutory compliance under the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on cost control, working capital optimisation, and profitability.
Implement robust systems, controls, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
Contribute financial expertise to renewable energy projects, ensuring proper accounting treatment and reporting.

CA / CMA with 7–12 years of post-qualification experience , preferably from a reputed Accounting Firm background.
Strong experience handling accounts of large-scale companies (1000 Cr+ turnover) .
Proven experience in leading and mentoring accounts teams .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
