Business Analyst - Automotive Domain

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to automotive projects.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Process Improvement : Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management : Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation : Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Testing and Validation : Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.



Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience : 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive sector is a must.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry : Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
  • Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with automotive regulations and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
