Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Long Haul Supply & Contracting to lead strategic partnerships with global travel suppliers and curate exceptional travel solutions for long-haul destinations. If you have a knack for negotiation, deep knowledge of international travel markets, and a passion for crafting unique travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and onboard suppliers across long haul including DMC’s, online bedbanks, hotels and activities partners (Europe, Americas, Africa, etc.).
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure exclusive deals and promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative long-haul travel packages.
Trend analysis and data analysis to monitor destination wise performance and system adoptions internally.
Represent the organization at global travel trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in travel contracting, specifically for long-haul markets.
Strong global supplier network and knowledge of international travel trends.
Proven track record in high-level negotiations and contract management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
