We’re looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, using a helpful approach.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality.

Objectives of this role

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, with knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
  • Provide expert answers to questions.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Graduates/Under-Grads Freshers.
  • Package up to- 3.5lpa
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
  • Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
  • Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
  • Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
  • Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment.
  • 5 days working and 2 rotational off.
  • Both side cab.
  • Immediate Joiners.

Timings- 12pm-4pm.
