Job Title: Interior Designer (Lighting Specialist)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with a specialization or strong interest in lighting design. This role requires creative vision, technical expertise, and excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully manage projects and teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

  • Create innovative design concepts based on project requirements and client needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Effectively lead and coordinate a team of designers to deliver exceptional results.

Mood Boards:

  • Develop mood boards to clearly communicate your design vision.

Shop Drawings:

  • Prepare accurate shop drawings, including lighting and furniture layouts, to ensure precision in project execution.

Detailed Working Drawings:

  • Develop comprehensive working drawings for lighting and furniture using advanced CAD software.

Industry Research:

  • Stay updated on industry changes, evolving trends, and best practices, particularly in the lighting domain.

Site Visits:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure alignment with design specifications.

Client & Architect Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with clients and architects to understand their vision and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Creativity:
  • Strong imagination, creative flair, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Career Focus:
  • Interest and passion for specializing in the lighting industry.
