Collaborate with leads and hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements and develop hiring plans. Conduct comprehensive market mapping and prospecting, both inbound and outbound, utilizing active and passive sourcing techniques to identify top talent Leverage social media and various channels to enhance candidate engagement and drive visibility for job postings Participate in campus recruitment initiatives as directed by senior team members, contributing to the acquisition of emerging talent.
