JB Poindexter (India) Private Limited is the captive shared services unit of the J.is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA.
As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations. Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.
Leading and managing the annual performance management cycle.
Creating and delivering compensation training for managers and employees.
Developing and implementing employee communication strategies to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation package.
Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
~4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
~ Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.
~ Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data and make recommendations based on data insights.
~ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal.
~ Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.

This position shall actively ensure that his/her own activities and those of all employees within the project meet this obligation. JBPCO critical standards and procedures related to expected conduct are detailed on the company website.
