About Us Schring Consulting is a fast-growing IT consulting organization serving several industries. We offer project delivery services, reporting & analytics, IT engineering, software development, and Saa S/COTS deployment services. About this Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management skills and experience in accounting/finance, accounting systems, data integrations, and report development. Experience in accounting platforms is required, preferably Sage Intacct, Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle Financials with deep understanding of accounting data integrations to/from other systems. The ideal candidate will also have some project management background to be able to manage development tasks, schedules, and deadlines. They must have a strong background in requirements gathering, understanding business needs, and be able to translate those to technical specifications for the development team. Proficiency in learning new applications and back-end data models is needed for this role. This role requires a self-starter who possesses a skillset in learning new technologies, and with a keen interest in researching and finding solutions to difficult business problems. They should also be detail-oriented to document the problem statement, find solutions, and document business and technical specifications. Prior experience in leading teams, managing customers, and delivering beyond client expectations is required. This is a long-term contract role for full 40 hrs/week and will be done remotely . Success in this role will require self-learning and ability to self-research unknown topics. Responsibilities Work with business teams to troubleshoot and solve accounting issues Understand integration and reporting requirements for various applications and connection points Work with development team to fix technical issues for existing functionality Work with development team to build new integrations and other technical components for accounting needs Document business problem and requirements Research and find technical solutions to meet customer requirements Document business and technical specifications for development team Define schedules, timelines, deadlines for deliverables and discuss with business and development teams Manage the entire development life cycle, track progress and milestones Test and validate the final product Work with business teams to test new product and confirm requirements are met Manage product deployment Lead meetings and present to large groups Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in either Accounting or Computer Science 8+ years in a Business Analyst role, 10+ years preferred 8+ years in Enterprise applications - ERP/Accounting (Sage Intacct), HR, CRM (Salesforce) 5+ years in integration development, platforms such as Tray.io, Zapier preferred 2+ years in Project management Experience working with offshore teams and ability to manage a clear communication channel Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience presenting status to senior leadership Experience managing customer expectations, and addressing escalations People skills with proven ability to drive teams to success
