**Job Title: Business Analyst**

Capco is looking for innovative and creative people to join our Business Analyst Team. We are looking for (Job Title) to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging a complex stakeholder group across multiple global regions / product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination. Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally. Role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry driven changes.
- **At least 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role**
**Strong fund accounting product knowledge, you will have a background in accounting and project implementation.**
**Complete understanding of fund accounting operations across the product lifecycle, including some or all of the following, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger posting, NAV and P&L calculations, corporate action processing, trade booking, cash/income forecasting, and FX exposure, custody management, stock loan and settlement, performance measurement and client/operational reporting.**
**Experience in an end-to-end Business Analyst role with full change/project lifecycle exposure**
**Experience in using and understanding the functions of Accounting Book of Record and Investment Book of Record (ABOR and IBOR) and working on those related change**
**Experience in technology migration and fund accounting process design across asset classes and instruments. Private assets knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.**
**Experience defining requirements for at least one of the fund accounting vendors or in house builds at a bank.**
**Deep Understanding of market participants and the roles they play (brokers and market makers, custodians, prime brokers, exchanges, vendors, middle and back-office outsourcers, fund services etc.)**
**Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation such as Project Initiation Documentation (PID),Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Project Plans and RAID logs is preferable.**
**Process flow and documentation will be considered from an operation perspective.**:

- Experience in current and future state technical architecture and business process mapping is essential.
Experience working in a large-scale programme with multiple workstreams
Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and turn requirements into project scope and detailed project plans
Ability to influence and align the firm’s objectives with the external client deliveries and plans.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to articulate and present thoughts and proposals to senior stakeholders.
Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Business analysis qualification preferred as well as a recognised industry qualification, ACCA, IMC, CFA or working towards
