The next computing revolution is here.About the Role -We’re building a design-first product team on a mission to:Delight users with stunning, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent UICraft world-class visuals, interactions, and systemsReflect both cultural nuance and visual excellenceTop 3 Daily Tasks -Translate wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile platformsCollaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect, production-ready implementationBuild and maintain tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries to elevate the overall visual experienceMinimum Work Experience Required -4–6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital productsStrong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and webTop 5 Skills You Should Possess -Strong command of core visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, spacing, and responsive/adaptive designAdvanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator and PhotoshopProven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systemsAbility to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive (optional but a plus)Strong ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI — with an awareness of AI-powered design tools and automation workflows to enhance speed and consistencyCross-Functional Collaboration Excellence -Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of functionality and visualsPartner with front-end developers to bring designs to life accurately and efficientlyParticipate in design reviews, share feedback, and nurture a high-standard design cultureWhat You’ll Be Creating -Emotionally resonant and visually elegant UIs across AjnaLens’ product suiteScalable, consistent design systems tailored for culturally diverse audiencesInterfaces that balance beauty, simplicity, and usability rooted in user empathyPreferred Qualifications -Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or animationUnderstanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelinesExperience in AI-enhanced interfaces or use of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AIExposure to agile squads and rapid prototyping in product teamsWhy Join Us?Design at the intersection of technology, emotion, and purposeBe part of a company that values clarity, creativity, and consciousnessShape digital experiences through a uniquely Indian lensCo-create the future of AI-first, spatial computing
