Position : AVP/Senior Wealth Advisor – HNI/UHNI Segment Location : Mumbai, India Experience : 3–15 years in Wealth/Private Banking/Investment Advisory We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Wealth Advisor to join our fast-growing private wealth management team. This role is tailor-made for professionals who thrive in a high-performance, high-reward environment and want the freedom to offer truly client-centric solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing a book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, curating investment strategies across all asset classes—from mainstream to alternative and unlisted—while contributing directly to firm revenue. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and grow a high-quality client book through referrals, networks, and outreach Offer goal-based advisory tailored to client financial objectives and risk profiles Provide access to a full suite of investment solutions: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Unlisted Equity Maintain strong awareness of financial markets, macro trends, and product developments Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies Target revenue generation of 3x fixed compensation via client acquisition Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes Comfortable working independently in a flexible, performance-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field MBA or post-graduate qualification in Finance preferred but not mandatory Complete flexibility in product offerings – advisory-first, not product-pushed, AUM building environment Competitive fixed compensation and performance-linked incentive model Access to curated investment opportunities, including unlisted and structured products
