Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Experience: Minimum 4 years Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Relationship Manager , responsible for serving as the single point of contact for a dedicated entity. The Relationship Manager will oversee all aspects of communication, coordination, and operational alignment between the entity and internal teams, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to understand partner needs, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role plays a critical part in building trust, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving service excellence, contributing directly to Rx100 Ventures’ mission of creating value through meaningful relationships and operational excellence. About Us: Rx100 Ventures is a sector-focused deep tech Venture based in Bangalore, India. We support deep tech businesses developing cutting-edge solutions for Industry 4.0 and 5.0 by providing partnership investment and foundational technology. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary POC for all communications, updates, and requirements related to the assigned entity. ● Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, or technical) to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of entity requirements. ● Maintain a strong understanding of entity-specific goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored support. ● Track, manage, and follow up on deliverables to ensure accountability and closure. ● Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. ● Proactively identify process gaps, communication bottlenecks, and suggest improvement measures. ● Prepare periodic status updates, summaries, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. ● Ensure smooth coordination across teams while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. Candidate Requirements: ● Minimum 4 years of professional experience in client servicing, relationship management, or corporate communication roles. ● Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills. ● Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. ● Experience working in B2B environments , startups, or consulting setups preferred. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields ; MBA is an added advantage. ● Highly organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
