With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our Saa S based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.
The Role :-
As a Product Manager at Credgenics, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering data-driven products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand market needs, define product requirements, and guide the development of data-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a solid technical foundation in data science and a knack for translating complex data insights into actionable product strategies.
What you’ll be doing :-
Product Strategy and Vision: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data science products, aligning with the company’s overall goals and customer needs.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify product opportunities and ensure our data products deliver unique value.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications and use cases.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to oversee product development, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Data Insights and Model Development: Work with data science teams to prioritize model development, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate the integration of models into product features.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis, continuously optimising and enhancing the product based on feedback and data insights.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product vision, progress, and roadmap to internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders, securing buy-in and alignment across the organization.
Metrics and Performance Tracking: Define key performance metrics to track product success, ensuring data models and algorithms are delivering intended business outcomes.
User Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous iteration and optimization of product features.
What we’re looking for :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering).
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally with data-intensive products.
- Solid understanding of data science concepts, machine learning, and AI methodologies.
- Proven experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to develop, test, and scale data-driven products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
