The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, transparent reporting, and effective risk/commercial management across the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities1. Capex Planning & Control- Prepare and monitor project budgets vs. approved Capex.- Track commitments, payments, and forecasted cash flows.- Ensure alignment with financing plans and availability of funds.- Monitor deviations and provide early alerts to management.2. Commercial & Contract Support- Partner with procurement/contract teams to evaluate commercial/financial terms.- Validate cost impacts of scope changes, variations, and claims.- Support negotiations with contractors/suppliers with financial impact analysis.- Ensure contracts safeguard owner’s interests (
