Capex Planning & ControlPrepare and monitor project budgets vs. approved Capex.Track commitments, payments, and forecasted cash flows.Ensure alignment with financing plans and availability of funds.Monitor deviations and provide early alerts to management.2. Commercial & Contract SupportPartner with procurement/contract teams to evaluate commercial/financial terms.Validate cost impacts of scope changes, variations, and claims.Support negotiations with contractors/suppliers with financial impact analysis.Ensure contracts safeguard owner’s interests (
