Role - Generative AI EngineerExperience - 10 to 18 yearsWork Location - RemoteRequired Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice or 30 daysMust Have- Bachelor’s in CS/ML/AI or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.- 5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.- Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).- Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.- Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.- Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS).- Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.- Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.- Multimodal Innovation: Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.- Scalable Engineering: Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.- Cloud Deployment: Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.- Mentorship: Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.- Research: Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.To apply, connect with Abhishek via or WhatsApp on
