AI Solutions Architect for Advanced Generative AIWe are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge generative AI, LLM, and agentic systems. In this role, you will transform complex business problems into high-impact AI solutions, leading projects end-to-end—from research and prototyping to production deployment.Key Responsibilities:Design & build advanced generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion, multi-agent systems) that meet business requirements.Own AI projects end-to-end: ideation → PoC → scalable deployment → monitoring.Develop high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architectures.Work on RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, computer vision, and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.Technical Skills:Python (advanced), multiprocessing/async programming.PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX.HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers.LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.MLOps: MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow.CUDA, CuPy, CuGraph.Generative & Agentic AI:RAG (standard, graph-based, vector DBs like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).Multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).Fine-tuning diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, Flux.1, ControlNet, DreamBooth).LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) on Llama3, Mistral, CodeLlama, Falcon, Gemma.Advanced prompt engineering & function calling.ML & Deep Learning:XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP.CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers (BERT, ViT, GPT).GNNs (GraphSAGE, GAT), Time-series (Prophet, TFT).RL: PPO, DQN, RLHF.Computer Vision:YOLO (v5–v8), DETR, Faster R-CNN.OCR: PaddleOCR, Tesseract, EasyOCR, LayoutLM.Video analytics: DeepSORT, ByteTrack.Multi-modal: CLIP, BLIP, SAM, Florence-2.Optimization & Deployment:TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation.Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, App Services.Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.3.5–7 years experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery.Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modeling.Experience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutions.Publications, open-source contributions, or patents are a plus.Excellent analytical, debugging & problem-solving skills.
