We are proud to be featured in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2025- Delhi NCR Edition for our innovation and rapid growth.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.About the Role:We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD).- Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness.- Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution.- Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets.- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS).- Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment.- Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG.- Strong coordination and communication skills.- Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.- Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset.Work Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite:
