The Textile Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure an excellent customer experience, and work on achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include inventory management, supervising merchandising displays, driving promotional activities, and maintaining a positive workspace. The role also involves addressing customer feedback and ensuring a seamless in-store shopping experience.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills to oversee showroom staff and foster a collaborative work environment.Salesmanship and persuasion skills with experience in driving sales and meeting targets.Inventory management and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure sufficient stock levels.Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience and handle feedback effectively.Knowledge of textiles, merchandising, and retail trends is highly advantageous.Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in showroom management or retail sales is desirable.
