As a Business Development Manager, your role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of a company.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify strategic business opportunities, build key customer relationships, and drive long-term growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development with a deep understanding of our industry and market trends.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and deals that will drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Negotiate and close business deals that meet the strategic objectives of the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to execute business initiatives and new product launches.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
• Present business proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the business development team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market movements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Year of work experience same position
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in project management and/or leading a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in ( IT/Salesforce industry or sector).
• Knowledge of (Any market trends or technologies).
• Experience in international business development or partnerships (UK Based Client).
• Must have experience in international client coordination ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 - 10 years' prior industry-related business development experience
