" Knowledge on supplier identification and Supplier Selection Process and Supplier Assessments for Electronics, Electrical and EV Powertrain Commodity " Explore & locate suppliers for new technology parts in the field of IOT, Battery Pack components, e Power train, telematics. " Able to locate & identify suitable sourcing options for Semiconductors, hands on experience in semiconductor procurement. Cost calculations for reference/target cost and negotiations for new components " Knowledge on semiconductor parts functionality & support supplier in troubleshooting complaints from customer/OE " Knowledge on eBOM parts costing, generate cost break up for SMT components. Supplier quote analysis and providing comprehensive report / negotiation dossier to Commodity team for Price negotiation discussion with Supplier. " Knowledge on SMT PFD, process controls and end of line testing requirements. Able to Audit suppliers & float RFQ with potential suppliers. Working experience of various Sourcing software, SAP and ERP systems. " Knowledge about APQP steps for part development, prioritize critical BOM parts & align the parts development with Project APQP plan.
