Role Overview
As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will design, implement, and optimize automation processes to enhance marketing efficiency, improve lead management, and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing technology with strategic goals while exploring innovative ways to utilize RPA in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Strategy & Implementation
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer segmentation.
Identify opportunities to implement RPA in marketing processes, such as data integration, campaign management, and performance tracking.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Ensure accurate reporting by automating data collection and integration across platforms.
Process Improvement & Workflow Automation
Automate repetitive marketing tasks to improve team efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline cross-departmental workflows, ensuring a unified customer experience.
Tool Management & Integration
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar tools).
Integrate RPA tools with CRM, analytics platforms, and other marketing tools to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
Team Collaboration & Training
Train and guide marketing team members on leveraging automation tools and processes effectively.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure smooth implementation of automation projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing automation and RPA implementation.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools like Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot, or Active Campaign.
Expertise in RPA tools such as Ui Path, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Experience in automating and optimizing marketing workflows, including lead scoring, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and their integration with marketing tools.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
