Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join us. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing captivating visual stories to life through animations and motion graphics that align with our branding and messaging. Your work will play a crucial role in elevating the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital and multimedia campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and content team to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling motion graphic concepts.
  • Develop storyboards and create compelling narratives to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
  • Create and edit video footage, add special effects, and synchronize audio to enhance the visual appeal of the final product.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality and innovation of motion graphic designs.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting the high standards of creativity and quality.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects and animations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and willingness to explore new techniques and styles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
