Kapron Graphics is seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:

- **Create Stunning Motion Graphics**: Design and animate eye-catching motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and brand storytelling.
- **Video Editing & Animation**: Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation software to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand’s visual identity.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Bring concepts to life through dynamic animations, ensuring that each project tells a compelling and cohesive story.
- **Brand Enhancement**: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop graphics and animations that strengthen the company’s brand image and engage the target audience.
- **Cross-Platform Content Creation**: Develop motion graphics and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with team members, taking feedback and incorporating it into revisions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- **Data-Driven Improvements**: Monitor performance metrics and make data-informed adjustments to animations and video content.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Suite**: Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, transitions, and compositing techniques.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing motion design projects, animations, and video editing work.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of social media content creation and management.
- **Availability**: Ready to start immediately and available for full-time employment or at least a 9-month contract.
- **Versatility**: Experience in producing a variety of motion graphics for different platforms and audiences.
- **Industry Awareness**: Familiarity with emerging motion design trends and social media best practices.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with other designers, marketers, and content creators.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
