Google Analytics Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Google Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital strategies and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in various digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Google Search, Google Ads, and Google tracking and tagging.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategies to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.


  • Manage and optimize Google Analytics and GA4 accounts, including the setup of custom reports, dashboards, and goals aligned with business objectives.


  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient tracking and tagging across digital properties.


  • Conduct in-depth SEO analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility and website ranking.


  • Leverage Looker Studio and MS Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that provide key stakeholders with actionable data-driven recommendations.


  • Manage Google Search and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.


  • Implement advanced tracking techniques and conduct A/B testing to optimize website conversion rates and user experience.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation, to drive digital initiatives and achieve business goals.


  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics and SEO to recommend innovative strategies and tools.


  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


  • 4-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, SEO, Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Google Search, Google Ads, and tracking/tagging methodologies.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.


  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or similar platforms.


  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and tools.


  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.


  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
