Our integrated hardware-software ecosystem empowers fleet operators to monitor driver behavior, ensure compliance, and improve road safety outcomes across sectors such as logistics, oil & gas, and public transport.Our workplace culture emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and employee growth — making it an ideal environment for HR professionals looking to make a tangible impact in shaping people strategy and culture.Role SummaryWe are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, seamless onboarding of new employees, monthly payroll coordination, and driving employee satisfaction initiatives at our Bengaluru office.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.- Maintain recruitment trackers and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.- Conduct smooth and structured onboarding & induction for new joiners.- Administer attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in alignment with statutory compliance.- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMIS databases.- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.- Coordinate performance review processes and assist in HR reporting.- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.Required Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.- Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.- Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Preferred Experience- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technology environment (preferably Peenya or industrial area).- Exposure to HR operations and employee welfare programs.- Ability to manage vendor coordination for recruitment and compliance services.What We Offer- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing technology company with a people-first culture.- Exposure to a dynamic HR environment with full-cycle responsibilities.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Supportive work culture promoting learning, collaboration, and growth.
