Job Role: Human Resources Lead Work Mode: Full-time | On-site Experience: 7-10 Years Wings is a global design studio committed to empowering individuals and organizations to dream, build, and grow . Over the past 7+ years, we’ve delivered 250+ successful projects through a human-centered design approach that guides every stage of execution. With expertise in ideation, strategy, branding, and product design , we partner with startups and enterprises to create meaningful, customer-centric transformations. Backed by multidisciplinary in-house talent and guided by industry leaders, Wings collaborates with visionary clients to drive growth and foster innovation. We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to own and scale the entire HR function for our fast-growing creative design studio. If you enjoy building people practices from the ground up and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you What You'll Do Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for design, creative, and business roles Create a seamless onboarding/offboarding experience Manage HR operations , including policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems Run performance management cycles and help structure OKRs/KPIs Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives Facilitate learning & development programs Partner with leadership on organizational design and scale-up strategy What We're Looking For 7–10 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in creative, design, agency, startup, or tech environments Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle Experience working independently in a small, fast-moving team Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management Familiarity with modern HR tools and people practices Why Join Us Build and shape HR at a studio that values creativity and people High ownership, high impact role A collaborative, design-centric work culture Competitive compensation + benefits Interested?
