Backed by multidisciplinary in-house talent and guided by industry leaders, Wings collaborates with visionary clients to drive growth and foster innovation.We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to own and scale the entire HR function for our fast-growing creative design studio. If you enjoy building people practices from the ground up and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet youWhat You'll DoLead end-to-end talent acquisition for design, creative, and business rolesCreate a seamless onboarding/offboarding experienceManage HR operations, including policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systemsRun performance management cycles and help structure OKRs/KPIsDrive culture building and employee engagement initiativesFacilitate learning & development programsPartner with leadership on organizational design and scale-up strategyWhat We're Looking For7–10 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in creative, design, agency, startup, or tech environmentsStrong understanding of the full employee lifecycleExperience working independently in a small, fast-moving teamExcellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with modern HR tools and people practicesWhy Join UsBuild and shape HR at a studio that values creativity and peopleHigh ownership, high impact roleA collaborative, design-centric work cultureCompetitive compensation + benefits📩 Interested?
